Directions to our Office
From Raleigh/Cary:
Take the I440 loop to US#1 south. Take Exit 297 onto NC55w (right off exit). Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn left onto Perry Rd., just past the light at Apex Peakway. Turn left into parking lot behind Auto Zone.

From Fuquay/Holly Springs:
Take NC55w to Apex. Turn left onto Perry Rd., just past the light at Apex Peakway. Turn left into the parking lot behind Auto Zone.

From Durham/RTP/Morrisville:
Take Hwy 55e towards Apex. Cross over Hwy 64 and continue on Hwy 55 past Beaver Creek Shopping Center, continue past historic downtown Apex. Go approximately 1 mile past the train bridge and Salem St. Turn right onto Perry Rd. Turn left into the parking lot behind Auto Zone.
Look for the sign that says "Peak Primary Care", that's us. Our office is located there between Lights Unlimited and the vision center.
